Kirchner\", whose main objective is to promote dialogue, meeting and cooperation among Latin American peoples to strengthen regional integration, will contribute by bringing closer the work agendas carried out by the embassies and diplomatic representations of Latin America and the Caribbean, seeking to deepen the links between municipal governments and the countries of the region.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38;
